⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) I had an AMAZING experience at RNR Tire Express on First Colonial! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier—professional, friendly, and actually looking out for me instead of just trying to make a sale. I came in for new rims and tires, and they absolutely delivered. The setup they put on my vehicle looks incredible—clean, modern, and exactly the upgrade I needed. But what really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. They took the time to inspect everything and let me know my tie rods needed replacing, which could’ve turned into a much bigger (and more dangerous) issue if it went unnoticed. That level of care and transparency is hard to find. They didn’t pressure me—they educated me. That’s how you build trust. If you’re looking for quality work, great pricing, and a team that genuinely cares about your safety and your vehicle, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

I had an amazing experience! I came in just moments before closing, and the staff still went above and beyond to assist me. They took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through every option without making me feel rushed or like a burden. What stood out most was how they treated me—with genuine care and respect, like family. Their help made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the level of service I received. Highly recommend

I had wheels and tires installed on my Jeep at RNR Tire Express - Laskin Road, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Luis, Sean, and Ricky were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through my options to make sure I got the perfect setup for my Jeep. The installation was smooth, efficient, and done with real attention to detail. What really stood out was their customer service — friendly, respectful, and clearly proud of their work. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and my Jeep looks incredible with the new wheels and tires. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Luis, Sean, and Ricky if you want top-notch service done right the first time!

I highly recommend this shop! It was a great experience for me. I took my car here for an alignment, and it was fantastic. The service was completed so quickly! The staff are friendly and helpful and special thanks to Mark for making the whole process easy and fast, and to Ricky for taking care of and fixing my car. Thank you so much to the RNR team!

To whom it may concern!!!!! This place is a really nice business. I really like their huge selection of wheels and tires , even online you can order any selection of your choice and they can get it in store for you pretty quickly. William stayed In touch via text ensuring that he ordered my wheel. Once I arrived in store Sean was readily helpful . Helped walk me through my buying process and was very amiable with everything ,making my whole experience smooth . During my wait time these gentleman kept up with a fun work environment and made the experience easy going yet professional. The wheel buying experience can be stressful, but not here! I will always come back to these guys they are wonderful! Also shout out to the guys in the back for taking such good care of my car during the process! That part is just as important !

Sean and Ricky were awesome. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but Sean was able to point me in the right direction based on some pics I brought in of other trucks I liked. I had airbag suspension already installed in the rear and they went above and beyond to modify the lift to retain those. Everyone in the shop was friendly and the install was done within days of the parts showing up. Despite the knowledge and experience shown by Sean and Ricky, both dudes were super humble and weren’t put off by basic questions. Would definitely recommend RNR and return for more work.

I usually get all my tire service done at RNR Little Creek in Norfolk but I was traveling in Virginia Beach today & was feeling nervous about my tire pressure because my TPMS indicator light had been lit for several days with no apparent loss in pressure. I decided to stop by RNR on First Colonial, hoping they would check it out. These guys are AWESOME! They put my car in the shop immediately & within minutes found the issue. Good news was my tires were fine. Bad news I needed a new sensor or I could simply live with the indicator light always being lit. I was a little concerned about the price to repair the part but they worked it out for me. I was in & out in a jiffy! Seriously the best customer service ALWAYS! And always with a smile. And one thing about RNR, if they ever complete a service that’s not to your satisfaction they will make it right! Thanks guys!!!
